Position: Roofing Sales Team Members

Our company Houston Roofing Experts is looking for roofing sales team members to handle sales and introduce the company as the preferred roofing contractor for all residential and commercial roofing needs in Houston and neighboring cities.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience is (preferred). Be a team player with positive attitude who has strong goal setting skills and smart decision making abilities. Coachable and highly motivated, has strong negotiation skills and is able to carry a ladder and walk on roof. Reliable transportation is needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Prospect and establish service agreement with potential clients.
Consistently be out in the field meeting new clients and door knocking.
Quote prices, credit terms and prepare proposals for new orders.
Develop and maintain both new and existing client relationships
Measure and accurately estimate job cost for clients
Research, understand and implement new industry products/trends
Other duties as assigned
Job Type:
Commission
Full time (40+ hours per week)
Bonus opportunities-$300 sign up bonus after 90 days.
